Jag n\u00e4mnde<\/a> att matplaneringen st\u00e5r f\u00f6r typ 85% av veckoplaneringen hos oss, s\u00e5 den \u00e4r i princip avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r hur vi upplever v\u00e5r vardag i veckorna. Vi har hittat en rutin som fungerar f\u00f6r oss, och jag tror verkligen att det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k f\u00f6r vartenda hush\u00e5ll som upplever att det h\u00e4r med maten tar mer tid \u00e4n det borde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anledningen till att vi har s\u00e5 mycket f\u00e4rdig mat \u00e4r flera. Dels s\u00e5 g\u00f6r vi n\u00e4stan alltid lite mer mat \u00e4n vi \u00e4ter upp, f\u00f6r att det ska bli \u00f6ver till matl\u00e5da och rester, men vissa m\u00e4ngder \u00e4r avsedda att \u00e5ka in i frysen s\u00e5 att det bara \u00e4r att plocka ut n\u00e4r det k\u00f6r ihop sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6r hur duktiga vi \u00e4n har blivit p\u00e5 att planera vardagen s\u00e5 k\u00f6r det \u00e4nd\u00e5 ihop sig n\u00e5n g\u00e5ng ibland, och d\u00e5 \u00e4r de d\u00e4r f\u00e4rdiga l\u00e5dorna s\u00e5 himla bra att ha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bj\u00f6rn \u00e4r som bekant n\u00e5got av en pryln\u00f6rd, liksom h\u00e4ngiven anh\u00e4ngare av att effektivisera allt mellan himmel och jord med hj\u00e4lp av appar och\/eller prylar. Jag var l\u00e4nge skeptisk till det h\u00e4r med en recept-app som vi delar, eftersom det skulle inneb\u00e4ra att jag m\u00e5ste offra mina invanda rutiner f\u00f6r n\u00e5got som jag inte \u00e4r s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att det funkar. \u2022 skriva in egna recept, om vi har n\u00e5t p\u00e5 papper som vi gillar,
\u2022 sortera recepten i de kategorier vi sj\u00e4lva skapar,
\u2022 skala upp och skala ner dem genom att bara \u00e4ndra f\u00f6r hur m\u00e5nga personer vi vill laga till (den r\u00e4knar sj\u00e4lv om m\u00e4ngd av respektive ingrediens),
\u2022 l\u00e4gga till recept i ink\u00f6pslistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matplanering vecka f\u00f6r vecka<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

K\u00e4nns det jobbigt uppstyrt med veckoplanering? Som n\u00e5t man inte orkar\/har tid att g\u00f6ra? S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r vi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi har en delad google-kalender. I den st\u00e5r det uppskrivet en p\u00e5minnelse varje l\u00f6rdag efter lunch att planera veckan. I den h\u00e4r delade kalendern planerar vi in det som r\u00f6r oss b\u00e5da under veckan som kommer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Vem som h\u00e4mtar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rskolan (eftersom vissa av oss \u00e4r mer tankspridda \u00e4n andra s\u00e5 skriver vi \u00e4ven in givna saker f\u00f6r att helt f\u00f6rinta risken f\u00f6r missf\u00f6rst\u00e5nd)
\u2022 Avvikelser i schemat (AW, kurs, sena m\u00f6ten, bes\u00f6k osv)
\u2022 Maten: vilket recept vi lagar p\u00e5 vilken dag<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi g\u00e5r igenom de recept vi har inlagda i Paprika, v\u00e4ljer vilka vi vill laga och skriver in i kalendern vilket recept som g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r vilken dag. Recepten l\u00e4gger vi till i ink\u00f6pslistan. Sedan kollar vi av ink\u00f6pslistan mot vad vi redan har hemma och bockar f\u00f6r det som redan finns, och sedan s\u00e4tter vi oss och best\u00e4ller maten f\u00f6r hela veckan p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matbest\u00e4llningen ska, i den b\u00e4sta av v\u00e4rldar, genomf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdagen men ofta blir det inte f\u00f6rr\u00e4n p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndag. Maten levereras inom ett visst tidsspann och f\u00f6r att inte hamna i tidsn\u00f6d s\u00e5 brukar vi planera att \u00e4ta rester p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndagar. Nu finns det f\u00f6rvisso m\u00f6jlighet p\u00e5 flera h\u00e5ll att f\u00e5 hem maten p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagar ocks\u00e5, men vi brukar inte hinna med att best\u00e4lla i tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Handla mat online<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Vi kan inte rekommendera n\u00e5got speciellt f\u00f6retag som \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n andra, men av de som vi har provat s\u00e5 har en h\u00f6gst personlig uppfattning om servicen och kvaliteten utkristalliserat sig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Till exempel s\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi oftare trasiga f\u00f6rpackningar med mat.se, med willys s\u00e5 uteblir eller ers\u00e4tts varor i st\u00f6rre utstr\u00e4ckning, mathem pausade vi eftersom vi upplever dem som dyrare (plus att det var n\u00e5t kr\u00e5ngel med deras kylvaror f\u00f6r en tid sedan men det \u00e4r sannolikt \u00e5tg\u00e4rdat nu). Cooponline har b\u00e4ttre utbud p\u00e5 vissa saker men det beh\u00f6vs mer t\u00e5lamod med deras hemsida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En som jag vill lyfta d\u00e4remot \u00e4r matsmart.se<\/a>. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rvisso inte en matleverant\u00f6r som g\u00e5r att anv\u00e4nda till veckohandling p\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet. De skickar sina varor med postnord (eller gjorde i alla fall sist jag best\u00e4llde fr\u00e5n dem), men det \u00e4r billigt och bra och vissa saker vet vi g\u00e5r \u00e5t p\u00e5 l\u00f6pande band (tex pasta, ris, kryddor osv) s\u00e5 vi k\u00f6per p\u00e5 oss sm\u00e5 lager emellan\u00e5t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sammanfattning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Vi spenderar kanske 1 timme varje l\u00f6rdag efter lunch med planeringen, och sedan en timme till n\u00e4r vi ska kolla maten och best\u00e4lla \u2013 varf\u00f6r det tar en timme f\u00f6rblir ett mysterium, men det g\u00f6r det \u2013 och det \u00e4r 2 timmar p\u00e5 helgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Som tack f\u00f6r besv\u00e4ret beh\u00f6ver vi ALDRIG fr\u00e5ga varandra i veckan vad vi ska \u00e4ta till middag och sen b\u00f6rja t\u00e4nka ut n\u00e5t n\u00e4r vi redan \u00e4r hungriga. Vi beh\u00f6ver ytterst s\u00e4llan g\u00e5 i mataff\u00e4ren med barnen. Vi beh\u00f6ver aldrig storhandla IRL \u2013 Bj\u00f6rn har visserligen ingenting emot det, men jag tycker det \u00e4r bland det tr\u00e5kigaste som finns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det kan h\u00e4nda att det \u00e4r lite dyrare att handla maten online j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med i butik, men ta g\u00e4rna med tiden, bensinen och den mentala h\u00e4lsan i ber\u00e4kningen. L\u00e4gg till att impulsk\u00f6pen blir mycket f\u00e4rre online och kundservicen hos alla ovanst\u00e5ende har varit bra vid de tillf\u00e4llen vi beh\u00f6vt reklamera skadade varor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En storhandling per vecka stryker sm\u00e5handlandet i n\u00e4rbutiken, och de har ofta h\u00f6gre priser \u00e4n stormarknader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
