Jag lutar mig fram\u00e5t, f\u00f6r att l\u00e4gga tyngden p\u00e5 f\u00f6tterna, och hackar mig genom \u00e4ven denna procedur som ett mobilsamtal med d\u00e5lig t\u00e4ckning. Trappan ner till k\u00f6ket \u00e4r morgonens eldprov. Jag stannar p\u00e5 trappavsatsen och laddar entusiastiskt som en h\u00f6jdhoppare inf\u00f6r avstamp. Tanken sl\u00e5r mig att jag kanske skulle g\u00e5 all-in och h\u00f6jdhoppa ner? Det skulle g\u00e5 fortare.<\/p>\n

Jag ler sj\u00e4lvironiskt. Kul att man kan roa sig sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n

Kn\u00e4t viker sig inf\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta trappsteget, inga muskler reagerar och jag landar tungt, liksom faller kontrollerat, 25 cm nedanf\u00f6r. Bara 12 steg kvar. Jag stapplar vidare, tyst som en sj\u00e4lvhyschande festfirare. N\u00e4r trappan \u00e4r slut \u00e4r de flesta leder och muskler uppbrutna och jag kan r\u00f6ra mig mer obehindrat. H\u00f6fterna ilar och str\u00e5lar fortfarande, men de ger sig nog snart.<\/p>\n
